Community fundraising

The creativity of our volunteers and staff has sparked countless fundraising events across the country. Here are 2 great examples:

The first Daffodil Ball was held in Montreal in 1994. Since then, the yearly event has raised over $24 million in donations for the Society to support innovative research, fund crucial support programs and lead important advocacy initiatives.

Curl for Cancer was first held in Charlottetown in 1983 and has grown to become a popular Society fundraising event in many other communities. The year 2013 marks its 30th anniversary in Prince Edward Island, coinciding with the Society's 75th Anniversary.
